The curriculum provides over 110 core courses in academics, fine arts and the applied arts, plus opportunities at vocational centers. More than 300 of our students participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities. The school supports 32 athletic teams and 21 special interest clubs, including a chapter of the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. We offer many paths to graduation to accommodate the unique needs of our students including an after-school credit recovery program.Dual credit may be earned at Oakland Community Colleges. Students can earn additional credit online through our Viking Virtual Academy or in one of our Summer School classes.
