There are multiple ways to submit a ticket to the Help Desk for technology support. Below are the options that are available to you.
To create a ticket for the helpdesk email [email protected] and a ticket will be generated for you.

To create a ticket for the Technology Department navigate to myhpsd.gofmx.com and fill in the details and the ticket will be generated for you.
