The Hazel Park School District is engaged in an ongoing continuous improvement process, of which all stakeholders are a part. In an effort to improve system practices we are conducting a parent/guardian survey and Community Member survey. The survey results will enable our school and central office leaders to hear from key stakeholders to inform improvement strategies, raise student achievement and strengthen our overall effectiveness.
